The Ultra X-Connect PSU is a highly innovative
product that is unmatched in terms of quality. Everything from the cables to
the finish are of the highest quality and there were certainly no compromises.
The cables, although not as flexible, are solidly built and the unique
connectors not only look great, but make installation and removal a breeze. As
impressive as its design is its performance. This unit was completely
stable and well within specifications when running both idle and under load.
The only minor issue was the lack of SATA connectors, however, it is likely
that you will be able to obtain them directly from Ultra Products. A
product offering this much in terms of quality, features and performance comes
at a price. Although it is more expensive than your standard PSU, you'll
truly appreciate its sheer beauty, reliability and innovative wiring solution.
