Sansun LED Illuminated Keyboard

Conclusions

Of all the illuminated keyboards that I’ve looked at over the last year, this one is quickly becoming my favorite. It’s bright, layout is acceptably large, and it’s got the “should be mandatory” on/off switch. The bad is that this keyboard is not widely available yet…a search of my usual stable of vendors didn’t turn up any that sold these. The sticker looks bad on a white keyboard to say the least, but at least it is a sticker and can be removed. As many blue LEDs that went into this unit, I’m shocked they didn’t hit the last three for the Lock keys. The only thing really missing from this product is multimedia buttons, but along with the wireless that might yet be on the way in a future revision. Sansun tells me that the retail price for one of these unique keyboards is about $33.00 USD – a competitive price, all things considered. If we spot these showing up on retail shelves, we’ll make note of it on the forums. EM Recommended!
