Enermax Noisetaker AX 2.0 485W Power Supply

Conclusions

Well, it looks like Enermax has knocked another one out of the park! This is a serious power supply, no doubt about it. With the quantity and forward compatibility of the connectors, to the rock solid voltage readings, the Noisetaker AX scores high marks in the right spots. The paint is nice too…but it’s more the icing than the cake itself just as it should be. With a price tag around $110.00 USD, it is priced competitively against comparable high end units. Considering you will be able to use it with all the new gear that is in the foreseeable future, such as SATA and PCI Express, it is dollars well spent. Due to all the factors considered in this review, we’re awarding the Enermax EG495AX-SFMA 2.0 our highest recommendation.
