When it comes down to gaming peripherals and accessories, Razer has certainly made a name for themselves and have taken the market by storm, thanks to their excellent marketing and highly unique and impressive product line.  While most are marketed for gamers, most are designed well enough to entice any avid computer user.  There latest keyboard is absolutely no exception.  The Lycosa is a fully programmable keyboard that comes complete with a touch-sensitive media panel and accented with slick illuminated, rubber-like keys.

Just like the Tarantula we looked at here quite some time ago, packaging is very impressive and you could tell a lot of time goes into it in order to make a good first impression.  Product ships along with a quick guide, master guide, software CD and a couple of Razer stickers.

The keyboard features a long USB splitter cable with audio extension plugs to take advantage of both audio and its integrated USB port.

The Razer Lycosa is a camera's worst nightmare and due to its very "stealthy" design that is accented with a glossy black outer shell, depicting it in pictures is fairly difficult.  The armrest is actually detachable but not without a Philips screwdriver handy.  Chances are though, you won't want to remove it as it is quite comfortable with it in place.

Although this keyboard features laptop-style keys, it does feature a full/standard QWERTY layout.  A closer look shows its touch sensitive panel on the right with a full number pad and standard function and directional keys.  Looking closer at the left side, you'll see it does feature a full-sized space bar, shift and CAPS keys.

Finally, we look at its rear side not only to show you its integrated audio extension jacks and USB port, but also to give you an idea of just how slim this keyboard really is.
