I’ve been waiting for an excuse to put together
a HTPC for a long time, so when the opportunity came up to do it and cover a
review at the same time I jumped on it! Silverstone has been very aggressive
in marketing high end HTPC chassis over the last two years or so, and their
latest creation is the LC13. Featuring the sleek brushed aluminum look that
Silverstone is rapidly becoming famous for, this bad boy has dual 5.25” and
3.5” bays and an appearance that is sure to mesh with your current home
theatre system.
Packaging and Contents
The LC13 showed up on my doorstep in perfect shape…no UPS damage is good! The
chassis was secured inside the box in the usual way…covered in a plastic bag
with Styrofoam end caps. A small piece of tape also holds the door shut.
