After 2 years of planning, research and development and apparently a lot of
caffeine the team of maniacal technicians that formed from the Apogee
Computer group finally unleash on the world a long held & anticipated
unveiling of the 1st of a series of build your own custom theme computers...
the KickButtComputers.com Signature Series Flame™ computer.
The company slogan states that their approach to building computers will
bring it to a whole new level of “Performance that looks awesome!”.
Depending on your octane of platform you select, their self touted KickButt
Optimizing™ of systems is methane and oxygen.
Although you can see on
KickButtComputers.com some early factory pics of the Flame and Music
theme, the company states they will not be showing pics of the finished
dressed out Flame system on their website until its release, but after I was
able to get through their “We’re not tellin nobody nuttin” routine… I have
developed a rapport with the KickButt group of guys over there and they were
kind enough to send me directly from the lair some ““Unofficial Pictures””
of finished product fresh off the “work bench”… watch when you see these
pictures… computer poetry in motion. (Even I was impressed) These are
pictures taken from the factory for a little sneak preview, not to mention…
the dungeon where it all happens. This truly is the “Monster Garage of
Computers!”. Its not just awesome looking but really shows the attention to
design, effects, lighting and craftsmanship. These are the 1st shots ever of
the inside of this KickButt computer dream factory.
The Flame theme computer is one of 10 – 12 themes scheduled to come out over
the next 6 months. Flame theme will be available in early to mid August ‘05
and promises to be, excuse the pun... red hot. The only thing we know at
this time about future themes is from the KickButt Signature Series™ link at
the site. Personally I am looking forward to seeing the Combat & Skull case…
but they all seem very interesting.
KickButtComputers.com is the 1st company I know of to offer build your own,
high performance, fully customized jaw dropping case mods. Every thing from
anodized thumb screw color, CPU platform, right down to which level of high
end water cooling system rocks you. They have made the build process fun and
easy with pics and specs on all levels of selection on a very cool website.
The prices are reasonable enough that even the DIYer will not complain.
Every Signature Series system they build is unique and serial numbered…
impressive!
I can hardly wait to personally review one of the KickButtComputers.com
