Sandra File System Benchmark

Winbench99

ATA Benchmark Results

SATA Benchmark Results

SATA was only slightly better on drive seek times.  Overall, the drive performance was better in ATA mode.

ATTO Disk Benchmark

ATA Benchmark Results

SATA Benchmark Results

The ATTO results were very surprising.  There was a significant decrease in performance when running the drive in a Serial ATA setup.
