I’ve seen so many gaming cases come through my
office in the last few months that it is kind of nice to be able to review
just a standard one! So when MGE offered us the opportunity to check out the
ECO L4, a conservative budget case, I was definitely interested. As this
company has long been known for its outstanding cases, I was more than ready
see what MGE could offer on the low end of their lineup. Let’s check it out!
Packaging
and Contents
The box that the ECO L4 came in was kind of on the small side…opening it up
revealed why. The Styrofoam end caps are some of the smallest and thinnest
I’ve ever seen. The case was not damaged, but that seems to be more luck
then design. Considering the rude surprise that I got with the Sunbeam
Samurai a little while ago, this case had everything right as far as
hardware is concerned. The ECO includes a power supply, hardware, and a
power cord for the power supply. Considering the price tag, the power supply
was a welcome addition.
