BeanTech BT84 Clear Acrylic ATX Case - Continued

Overall, I was impressed with the build quality and cooling performance of the BT84.  Acrylic cases are great for water-cooled setups where you can keep a good eye on your components.  I like to have quick access to these components so I would have liked to see a hinged side panel with maybe just two screws instead of four.  The LED's are not bright at all and at times, I couldn't tell they were actually on.  There is plenty of room on the front for a 120mm fan.  Extreme care is required in order to keep it looking as good as it looks out of the box.

If your shopping for an acrylic case, the Beantech BT84 is one to consider.

Pros Cons
  • Excellent Craftsmanship

  • Great Cooling Performance
  • 3 clear fans included
  • Great case wiring.
  • Front Multimedia ports

  • No removable mobo tray
  • No EMI/RFI shielding
  • Can scratch easily
  • LED's could be brighter
