The unit looks even more attractive when
powered. One thing I would like to point out that seems to be stated
incorrectly at other sources is that the fans have blue LED's installed and
not UV LED's. You'll need a UV cathode to make this beauty shine.
Another thing we noticed is that the knob on the rear not only controls the
speed of both fans, but also controls the brightness. As you turn down
the speed, the fans dim as well. Very nice.

The whole unit looks incredible combined with UV
lighting. Even the rear power connector and switch look
great.

Voltage readings were recorded using Motherboard
Monitor during a 30 minute period. The +3 voltage averaged in at
3.28. +5 voltage remained at a steady 5.07 while the +12 voltage
averaged in at 11.88. These are all well within the standard for normal
operation and the unit was completely stable during our testing.
Conclusion

The Turbo Case Aspire 500W PSU is definitely a
suitable Power Supply for the enthusiast or case modder. We were quite
impressed with the attention to detail and overall aesthetics of the unit.
Who would have thought a Power Supply would look this great? On the
functionality side, it offers you some unique features such as the ability to
control the speed of both fans. The knob also acts as a dimmer. As far as overall design, it features a
crystal clear acrylic housing to show off the beautiful array of colored
components as well as UV reactive connectors to enhance it appearance even
further. To top it all off, it provides the power and stability
required for power hungry systems and is both AMD and Intel approved. They
are also available at Xoxide in a variety of colors to match your current setup.
Highly recommended.
