One of the nice things about having the ATX
format hang around for such a long time is that manufacturers are not afraid
to commit the resources to building some really neat cases. Even so, if
you’d asked five years ago for a gaming case, most would have looked at you
like you were a Martian. With the propensity of new gaming cases hitting the
market in the last year, one can safely assume they’re here to stay. Today
I’ll be looking at a brand new model – the Armor Case from Logisys Computer.
With sharp looks and competitive features it seems to be a very nice
case…but let’s take a closer look and make sure!
Packaging
and Contents
The Armor Case arrived slightly damaged…I’ll get into that later.

The
packaging is pretty plain, like some of the other budget minded cases we’ve
looked at in the past. Still, it provides the important info right on the
outside so the odds of getting the wrong type picked up from the shelf and
mailed to you is at a minimum. The case itself was packaged in the standard
manner…Styrofoam at the top and bottom and wrapped in a plastic bag. The
Armor Case does not ship with a power supply, which is definitely something
to keep in mind. The only items included with the case are two small bags of
hardware which are zip tied securely to the inside of the case.
