Swiftech MCW478-UHT Thermoelectric Cooler Review

The maximum stable overclock using the most aggressive memory settings were as follows:

We did not get a screen shot of temperatures under stress at these settings, but did measure the results at 21 degrees.

The BIOS settings were as follows:

V Core:
V DDR:
V AGP:
FSB:
Multiplier:
Clock Spd:
DDR:CPU:
DDR Spd:
CAS:
1.85 V
2.8 V
1.5 V
167
18
3006
2.66X (Turbo Mode)
444
2.0

In conclusion, the Swiftech 478-UHT lived up to our expectation. While we understand that not everyone is willing or capable of making the investment necessary to take the next step to this level of cooling, it is gratifying to know that the option exists. Due to its high quality of workmanship and its great performance, it is our pleasure to assign to the Swiftech 478-UHT our highest recommendation.
