Conclusions
Arctic-Cooling has really done an outstanding job with this heatsink. The
4ProL is stunning to look at, is very easy to install, and is not going to
break the bank. The only bad thing with the 4ProL is the all aluminum
construction limits its effectiveness slightly. I’m convinced that the
addition of a copper core, even at some increased cost, would turn this
heatsink into a real champ. If Arctic-Cooling decided to do that, the 4ProL
probably would get our “Extreme Excellence Award”. If you’re not looking to
overclock and want a very quiet P4 CPU cooler, I would seriously recommend
that you look at the 4ProL. This Arctic-Cooling 4ProL is available at
