nMediaPC 180BA MicroATX HTPC Case Review

Model:  HTPC 180BA

Manufacturer:  nMediaPC

Provider:  nMediaPC

Reviewed By:  Miguel

Review Date:  01/28/07

There has been a growing trend in HTPC cases over the past year.  If there is one key component in such a build, it is the case.  Many find themselves searching endlessly for the perfect case.  Despite the demand, I've found that not many manufacturers design an HTPC case the way it should be.  Some don't include some useful features and others go a little too overboard with the design, featuring too many distracting LEDs or other features that truly don't blend in well with home audio/video components.  That's where nMediaPC comes in.  While fairly new to the business, they happen to be one of the very few that designs these cases they way they should be designed, while keeping all their products highly affordable.  Sporting an aesthetically pleasing design, ultra small form factor and internal MCE remote receiver mount, the HTPC 180BA certainly deserves some consideration for those on a budget looking for the ultimate HTPC chassis.  Let's take a thorough look...
